Daniel Myers is a database programmer, author, potato chip connoisseur, and food historian. The National Pudding Board of Transylvania has appointed him to the position of Unofficial World Spokesman for the past thirteen years. He lives in Ohio with his family and a six-foot tall invisible white rabbit. Currently he runs MedievalCookery.com, which is where he puts his research notes and recipes from medieval France and England.
