Daniel Myers is a database programmer, author, rum runner, and food historian. Chosen by the Great Powers to bring the Truth about Chicken and Dumplings to all those who make it wrong, he is destined for certain disappointment. He lives in Ohio with his family and the ghost of a 15th century English fripperer. Currently he runs MedievalCookery.com, which is where he puts his research notes and recipes from medieval France and England.
